ORDINANCE NO. 3522

AN ORDINANCE regulating the parking of vehicles on a certain
portion of Ash Street in the City of Salina.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Corraiissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That no person shall park or leave, or cause or
permit to be parked or left, any vehicle as defined by Section 2 of
Ordinance No. 1983, for more than 2 hours at any one time in any
one place, between the hours of 7:00 o'clock A. M. and 7:00 o'clock
P. M. on any day of the week except Sunday, on that part of Ash
Street lying.between Santa Fe Avenue and the alley which runs
north and south between Santa Fe Avenue and Fifth Street.
Section 2.
That all of the provisions of Section 2, Section
3. and Section 4 as amended, of Ordinance No. 3317, including the
penalty provided for therein, shall apply to the foregoing pro-
visions of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
upon its publication in the official city paper.

any one time in any one place, between the hours of 7:00 o'clock
A. M. and 7 i :00 o'clock P. M., on any day of the week except
Sunday, on that part of Ash Street lying between Santa Fe Avenue
and the alley which runs north and south between Santa Fe Avenue
and Fifth Street.
Section 2. That all of the provisions of Section 2,
Section 3, and Section 4 as amended, of Ordinance No. 3317,
including the penalty provided for therein, shall apply to the
foregoing provisions of this ordinance.
