sidewalks in the City of Salina, Kansas.
S -P IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners in the City of
Galina, Kansas:
Section 1. That there be and there is hereby levied
and assessed against each of the lots or parts of lots herein-
after described, a special tax or assessment for the purpose
of paying the cost of constructing certain sidewalks abutti2g
said property by the City of -Salina, in the various amounts
set opposite the following described lots and parts of lots,
to -reit:
South 150 feet Lot 1, Surveyors
Plat Number 12, ------------------$112.00
Lot 2, Jewell Avenue, K. V1. U.
Grounds --------------------------- 40.00
Lot 10, and lVest 1A Lot 12, Jewell
Avenue, K. 11. U. Grounds --------- 60.00
,Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed and
authorized to immediately certify the assessments made in
Section One (1) of this ordinance to the County Clerk of
Saline County, Kansas to be placed upon the tax roll for collec-
tion, subject to the same penalties and collected in like man-
ner as other taxes.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its publication once in the official
City paper..
