Section 2. Any person who shall move any house or other building
in the City of Salina contrary to the provisions of this ordinance
shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine
of not less than $25.00 and not more than X500.00 for each offense.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall not be deemed to repeal
any part of Ordinance No. 2947, but shall be cumulative of the pro-
visions thereof.
Section 4, This ordinance shall take effect on its publication
in the official city paper,

ORDINANCE -NO. ,35411
AN ORDINANCE relating to the moving of houses or other buildings
in the city of Salina.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
ection 1. That no house or other buildings shall be
moved Ove or along any paved street in the City of Salina un -
no less than 2;inches in thickness
