3122 Vac 10th StreetORDINANCE NUMBER 3122. An'Ordinance_vacating a portion of Tenth Street in the City of Salina, lying between Blocks 7 and -8 in Depot Addition at the intersection of said street with the right-of-way of the Atchinson, Topeka and Santa Fe'Railway Company. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That that portion of Tenth Street in the City of Salina, Kansas between Bishop Street and North Street and lying between Blocks 7 and 8 of Uspot Addition in said City, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the point of intersection of the west line of said Tenth Street with the southerlu line of the main line right-of-way of the Atchison, Topeka & 'anta Fe xailway Company, thence north along the west line of Tenth Street to the intersection of said line with the northerly line of said right -way; thence northeasterly along said northerly line.to.the inter- section -of said northerly line of said right-of-way with the east line of Tenth'Street; thence south along the east line of tenth street to its intersection with the southerly line of said right. -of -way; thence southwesterly along said southerly line to the intersection of said line with the west line of Tenth Street, being the point of beginning; be and the same is hereby vacated, said portion of Tenth Street so vacated containing 9960 square feet, more or less, all as shown on the blue print attached to and made a part of this ordinance. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its publication once in the official City paper. Introduced for first reading, June 15th, 1925.
