An Ordinance making an appropriation for.the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED' -')by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas :
Section 1. That the sum of OA1,000.00 be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of the Library Fund in the City Treasury
for the payment of the following claim:
Henry H. Eber hardt, Appropriation for Library
City Treasurer. Fund k'000.00
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is
hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City
Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim
mentioned in Section One (1) hereof.
Section 3.. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage.
Passed and approved, June 22nd, 1925.

of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sure of $1000.00 be and the
same is hereby appropriated out of the Library Fund in the
City Treasury for the payment of the following claim:
Henry H. Eberhardt, Appropriation for Library
City Treasurer Fund $1,000,00
Section 2, That the Director of Finance be and he
is hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by
the City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment
of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) hereof,
Section 3, This ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage.
