ORDINANCE N0. 3508
AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation fdr°the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas;
Section 1. That the sum of $1,120.00 be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of the ,Sewage Disposal Fund (Bond Account)
in the hands of the City Treasurer for the payment of the following
claim:
Johnson Bros. Construction Company
For brick garage and tool
house at Sewage Disposal
Platt $1120.00
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager upon
the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section
One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage.
