AN ORDINANCE relating to the appropriation of certain private
property for the opening, widening and extending of
Eleventh Street.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That it is deemed necessary by the Board of
Commissioners of said City to appropriate certain private property
in the City of Salina for the opening, widening and extending of
Eelventh Street from the south line of P ark Street to a point
130 feet south of said south line of Park Street, the land to be
so appropriated consisting of Lot 2 and the east 18 feet of Lot 1,
Abbott and William's Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas, and
that the City Engineer of the City of Salina be and he is hereby
ordered and directed to make a survey and description of the land
to be ippitopriated as above described and to file the same with
the City Clerk on or before the 16th day of February, 1928.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its publication in the official City paper.
