An Ordinance fixing the glary of the Police Judge of the City
of Salina and repealing Section -1 of Ordinance Number
2155 of said City, the same being Section 6 -305 -of the
Revised Ordinances of the City of Salina 1925.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina:
Section 1. (6-305, Salary of Police Judge) That from and
after the 15th day of May,'1925 the salary of the Police Judge
of the City cE Salina, Kansas shall be $1200.00 per annum, paya-
ble semi-monthly, which shall be in full compensation for his
services, such salary to --be paid out of the general fund of said
City as other claims are payable.
Section 2. .That Section 1 of Ordinance Number 2155 of
the City of Salina, the same being Section 6-305 of the Revised
Ordinances of the•City of Salina 1925 be and the same is hereby
repealed, and that Section 1 of this ordinance shall be desig-
nated as Section 6-305 of the Revised Ordinances 1925, as amend-
ed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from.and after.its publication once in the official City
paper.
