AN ORDINANCE vacating the alley in Block 4 in Morrison Addition,,
h in Salina, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the alley running north and south in Block 4
it in Morrison Addition in Salina, Kansas, between and parallel with
Twelfth Street and Phillips Street, from South Street to Morrison
SAvenue, be and the same is hereby vacated, as a public alley and
that the land included within said alley shall revert to and
become a part of the lots abutting upon said alley, on each side
thereof, in equal parts according to lave.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its publication in the official city paper and after
a copy thereof, duly certified by the City Clerk, together with the
proof of such publication shall have been filed in the office of the
Register of Deeds of Saline County.

An Ordinance vacating the alley in Block 4 in Morrison Addition,
in Salina, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
