An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a
certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $636.85 be and the same
is hereby appropriated out of the Unexpended Balance Account
in the City Treasury for the payment of the following claim:
Shirley Builders Supply For one car of cement $636.85
Company
Section 2.' That the Director of Finance be and he
is hereby a uthorized to issue a warrant countersigned by
the City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of
the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and aftei, its passage.
