3104 Approving Extention of Baker StreetI 03 DINANCE An rdinance approving the plat of a certain extension of Baker Street in the City of Salina, from the south line of South Street to the north line of Morrison Avenue. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina: Section 1. That the certain plat of an extension of Baker Street, being an extension of Baker Street from the south side of South Street to the north side of Morrison Avenue, in said City, made and certified by J. Earl Wyatt and Maude E. Wyatt, his wife, under date of April 27, 1925, whereby said J. Earl Wyatt and Maude E. Wyatt his wife dedicate to the use of the public as and for a public street and highway to be known as Baker Street, the following described real estate, in the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, to -wit: The ,west Forty (40) feet of Lot Numbered Eleven (11), and the West Forty (40) feet of the East Eighty (80) feet of Lots Numbered Thirteen (13) Fourteen (14), Fifteen (15), Sixteen (16)t'Seven- teen (17), Eighteen (18) and Nineteen (19 in Block Numbered Four (4) all in the Morrison Addition, an addition to said City, in said county and state, according to the recorded plats, be and the same is hereby approved. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its publication once in the Salina Evening Journal. Introduced for first reading, April 27th, 1925.
