An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of X474.25 be and the same is hereby a.ppro-
priated.out of the Unexpended Balance Account in the City Treasury for the
payment of the following claim:
.Shirley Builders Supply Co. Supplies for Swimming Fool $474.25
Section 2. That, the Director of Finance be and he is hereby authori-
zed to issue a warrant countersigned by tY_e City Manager upon the City
Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of
this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage.
Passed and approved, April 13th, 1925.
