An Ordinance Making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim.
BE IT ORDE.IHED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sumof $5,020.23 be and.the same is hereby appro-
priated to J. L. Rayl from the Special Paving Fund in the hands of the City
of Salina, Kansas in final payment of the contract price of the cost of re -
curbing, guttering and paving Fifth Street from Walnut Street to ksh Street
in said City, according to City Engineer's Final Estimate on file in the
office of the City Clerk of said City.
Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas be
issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this
ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before June 15th, 10125
and to bear interest at the rate of six (5) per centum per annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from
and after its passage.

An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a
certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners' of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of x$5,020.23 be and the
same is hereby appropriated to J. L. RAyl from the Special
Paving Fund in the hands of the City Treasurer of the City
of Salina, Kansas, in final payment of the contract price
of. the cost of re -curbing, guttering and repaving Fifth
Street from NJalnut Street to Ash Street in said City,
according to City Engineer's Final Estimate on file in the
office of the City Clerk of said City.
Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of
Salina, Kansas be issued for the payment of the claim men-
tioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary
Note to be payable on or before U 1. & 1925)
and to bear interest at the rate of six (60) per centum
per annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage.
