An Ordinance providing that the name of Pacific Street from Fifth Street
east to Custer Avenue, running through Jones! Addition and Iviorris'
Addition be changed to Lincoln Avenue.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas.
PACIFIC STREET FROV FIFTH TO CUSTER CHANGED TO i:INCODN A�ENUE. Sec. 1.
Lhat on account of the confusion caused by the existance in the City of
Salina a Pacific Avenue and a Pacific "treet, the name.o.f Pacific Street
in the City of Salina from the east line of Fifth Street to the west line
of Custer Avenue, running through Jones' Addition and Morris' Addition in
said City be and the same is hereby changed to Lincoln "venue between, such
limits, and that the Uity Clerk be and he is hereby authorized and directee
to record a certified copy of this ordinance with.his certificate of the
publication thereof in the office of the Hegister of Deeds .of saline county,
Kansas.
Section 2. 'chat this ordinance be in force and take effect from and
after its publication in the official city paper.

An ordinance providing that the name of Pacific Street, from Fifth
Street east to Custer Azenruu, running through Jones' Addition
and Morris' Addition, be changed to Lincoln Avenue. -
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina:
Pacific Street, from Fifth to Custer, changed to Lincoln Avenue.
Section 1. That on account of the confusion caused by the existance
in the City of Salina of� a Pacific Avenue and a Pacific Street, the
name of Pacific Street in the City of Salina from the east line of
Fifth Street to the Vilest line of Custer Avenue, running through Jones'
l=ddition and BrTo-rris' Addition in said City, be and the same is hereby
changed to Lincoln Avenue between such limits and that the City Clerk
be and he is hereby authorized and directed to record a certified copy
of this ordinance with his certificate of the publication thereof,
in the office of the Register of Deeds of Saline County, Kansas.
Section 2. That this ordinance be in force and take effect from
and after its publication in the official city paper.
