Section 1. That there be and there is hereby appropriated
out of funds of the City of Salina, on deposit in the Fidelity
National Bank and Trust Company of Kansas City, Missouri, the sum
of $11,830.59, being the amount of balance due in fund on deposit
in the Fidelity National Bank and Trust Company, (Sewage Disposal
Account), said sum to be paid to the City Treasurer to be credited
to the Sewage Disposal Account.
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is here-
by authorized to draw a warrant countersigned by the City Manager
upon the City Treasurer for the payment of $11,830.59, as provided
by Section One (1) of this ordinance, by said Fidelity National Bank
and Trust Company,
Section 3. That the Trust Department Of the Fidelity
National Bank and TrustiCompany be and it, is hereby authorized and
directed to.release td,the Bond Department all,.of the liberty bonds
now held by it for the City of Salina as security for the Oity's
deposit in said Trust Company,
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage.

ORDINANCE NUMBER 3494
An Ordinance making an appropriation out of funds on
deposit.in the Fidelity National Bank and
Trust Company.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That there be and there is hereby
appropriated out of funds of the City of Salina, on deposit
in the Fidelity National Bank and Trust Company of Kansas
City, Missouri, the sum of $119830.59, being the amount
of balance due in fund on deposit in the Fidelity National
Bank and Trust Company, (Sewage Disposal Account), said
sum to be paid to the City Treasurer to be credited to the
Sewage Disposal Account.
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and
he is hereby authorized to draw a warrant countersigned by the
