An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Cor,missioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of 4p307.63 be and the same is hereby appro-
priated out of the Unexpended Balance Account.1n the City Treasury for the
payment of the following claim:
Shirley Builders Supply Co. Supplies for Swirm:ing Pool X307.63
Section 2. That the Director of V'inance be and he is hereby author-
ized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager upon the City
Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of
this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage.
Passed and approved, March 23rd, 1925.

.An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a
certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas.
Section 1. That the sum of $ 307.63 be and the
same is hereby appropriated out of the Unexpended Balance
Account in the City Treasury for the payment of the follow-
ing claim:
Shirley Builders Supply Supplies for Swimming
Company Pool `307.63
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is
hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the
City 1.1anager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the
claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage.
