BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina;
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $186.99 be and the same is hereby
appropriated to J. L. Rayl from the Special Paving Fund in the City
Treasury of the City of Salina, Kansas for the payment of labor for
moving White Way Poles on Fifth Street from Walnut °treet to Ash
Street according to City Engineer's Estimate Number 5.
Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas
be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned, in Section One (1)
of this ordinance, said 'Temporary Note to be payable on or before May
1st, 1925, and to draw interest at the rate of 6% fer annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage.
Passed and approved, March 2nd, 1925.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the
City of Salina, Kansas.
