sn Ordinance making; an appropriation for the payment of a certain clain
BE IT OHDAINED by the board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of'4�1,989.00 be and the same is hereby
appropriated to J. L. Rayl front the Special Paving Fund in the City
'Treasury of the City of Salina, Kansas for the payment of 85% of the
Contract price for the cost of widening Fifth Street in the City of
Salina, Kansas from the north line of Walnut otreet to the south line
of Ash Street therein, according to City Engineer's Es.timate Number 4
on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City.
Section 2. 'that a 'Temporarti, Note of the City of Salina, Kansas
be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in �ecticn One (1)
of this ordinance, said 'Temporary Note to be payable on or before
Niay 1st 1925, and to draw interest at the rate of 6% per annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage.

An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment
of a certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED.,by the Board of Commissioners of the
City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum o£ $1,989.00 be and
the same is hereby appropriated to J. L. Rayl from the
Special Paving Fund in the City Treasury of the City of
Salina, Kansas, for the payment of 85% of the contract
price for the cost of widening Fifth Street in the City
of Salina, Kansas from the south line of Ash Street
to the north line of Vlalnut Street therein, according
to City Engineer's Estimate 1Vw-doer 4 on file in the
office of the City Clerk of said City.
Section 2. That a Temporary Note bf the City of
Salina, Kansas be issued for the payment of the claim
mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said
Temporary Note to be payable on or before %� 1
1925, and to draw interest at the rate of six (67)
per centum per annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take of 'ect and
be in full force from and after its passage.
