AN ORDINANCE mending Section 1 of Ordinance No. 3482, passed November
14, 192'.7, relating to and prohibiting the- location of certain
gasoline filling stations on certain parts of certain streets
in the City of Salina, and repealing said original Section 1.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:

Section I That Section 1 of ordinance 3482 of the City of
Salina be and the sam 's hereby amended to read as follows: "Section i.
That it shall be unlawfu hereafter to establish, or to operate if
established, any drive-in g\Seventh

upon or adjacent to any of owing portions of the following
described streets in the Ciina, to -wit:
On Santa Fe Avenush Street and South Street;
on Fifth Street ath treet between Ash Street

Section 2. That original section l of ordinance 3482 be and
the same is hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect on and be in
forceon and after it publication in the official city paper.

AN ORDINANCE amending Section 1 of ordinance No. 3482, passed
November 14, 1927, relating to and prohibiting the loca-
tion of certain gasoline filling stations on certain parts
of certain streets in the City of Salina, and repealing
said original Section 1.
BE IT ORDAINED by.the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section l.. That Section 1 of ordinance 3482 of the City
of Salina be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 1. 'That it shall be unlawful hereafter to establish,
or to operate if established, any drive-in gsoline filling
station on any lots fronting upon or adjacent to any of the
following portions of the following described streets in the
City of Salina, to -wit:
On Santa Fe Avenue between Ash Street and South Street;
on Fifth Street and Seventh Street between Ash Street
and Walnut Street; on Ash Street, Walnut Street and
Iron Avenue between the alley east of Fifth Street and
the alley west of Seventh Street." '
Section 2. That original section 1 of ordinance 3482
be and the same is hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect on and be
in force on and after its publication in the official city paper.
