An Ordinance amending Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1418. entitled, "An
Ordinance relating to intoxicating liquors andprofiding a penalty
for the violation thereof," and repealing said Original Section
One (1) thereof..
BE IT ORDA.INED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Saline.,
Kansas:
Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1418 be and the same
is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 1.. -- It shall be un-
lawful for any person to sell or barter any spirituous,. malt, vinous,
fermented or other intoxicating liquor in the City of Salina."
Section '2. That original Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1418 be and
the same is hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect.and be in full force
from and after its publication in the official City paper.
Introduced for first reading, February 16th, 1925.
Passed and approved, February 23rd, 1925.

ORDINANCE NO. 6.
An Ordinance amending Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1418 entitled "An
Ordinance relating to intoxicating liquors and providing a.penalty
for the violation thereof" and repealing said original section 1
thereof.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That section 1 of Ordinance No. 1418, be and the same.
is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 1. It shall be unlawful
for any person to sell or barter any spirituous, malt, vinous, fermented
or other intoxicating liquor in the City of Salina."
Section 2: That original Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1418 be and
the same is hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
