AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of X41p738.41 be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of moneys from the 1928 Bonds & Coupons
Fund in the hands of the City Treasurer for the payment to Carl
R. Whites State Treasurer and Kansas Fiscal Agent, of bonds, coupons
and commission due January 1st, 1928,
Section 2. shat the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue warrants countersigned by the City Manager
upon the City Treasurer, payable on, but not before January lst,
1928, in payment of the claim mentioned in Section dne (1) of this
ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage.
