An Ordint.nce ordering the compilation, revision, classification
and publishing. of the ordinances of the city of Salina.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the general ordinances of the City of Salina,
Kansas be compiled, revised and classified, such compilation, re-
vision and classification to be done by A. R. Buzick, Jr., of
the City of Salina as by contract provided.
Section 2. That such compilation, classification and re-
vision shall include all general ordinances of the City of Salina
which shall take effect up to the date of the hublico.tion thereof
provided however, that such general ordinances other than Ceneral
regulatory ordi-nances shall be included by appropriate reference
to the subject, effect and number.
Section 3. shat all ordinances which shall have been passed
to take effect upon the publi..cation thereof in the Book of Revised
Ordinances shall be published in full and that all other ordin-
ances which shall have taken effect otherwise than by such publi-
cation shall be classified in accordance with the subject thE:reof
under the prover chapter, headings and all formal parts of such
ordinances may be. oritted; provided however, that each section
of any such ordinance published shall contain the proper refer-
ence to the original ordinance number and date of taking effect,
including any amendments thereto.
Soction 4. That such revised ordinances shall be published
in book form and that not less than 200 copies thereof shall be
?published in such style and form as the Board of Commissioners
may hereafter approve and order.
Section 5. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its nublicati.on in the official City paper.

ORDINANCE NO. 3068.
An Ordinance ordering the compilation, revision, classification and
publishing of the ordinances of the City of Salina.
