3065 Repealing OrdinancesI An Ordinance repealing certain ordinances of the City of Salina, Kansas. WHE'RFAS, certain ordinances heretofore enacted by the governing body of the City of Salina, Kansas have been, in general terms, repealed by the enactment of ordinances in conflict therewith, but have not been specifically repealed by direct reference thereto, and WHER_i,S, certain ordinances heretofore enacted by the governing body of the pity of Salina., Kansas, remain in full force and effect by their terms, but have become obsolete by reason of the change in con- ditions and by reason of the repeal or change in the Statutes of Kansas, under which such ordinances were enacted, and BJfiEREAS, certain, ordinances heretofore enacted by the governing body of the City of Salina, Kansas have become ineffective and should be repealed for the reasons. above stated or for other reasons, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Comr.nissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas Section 1.
