An Ordinance amending Section 3 of Ordinance Number 271 of the City
of Salina entitled "An Ordinance to provide for the collection
of fines" and rep(.::alin&; said original Section of Ordinance
Number 271.
BF, IT OHDAINED by the board of Commissioners of the City of Salina.,
Kansas:
Section 1. That Section 3 of Ordinance Number 271 of the City
of Salina be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 3. -- Such persons shall not be compelled to work more
than ten (10) hours a day and for every days work performed by him
shall. have credited 4q2.00 on the ,judgment against him, and when the
Judgment and costs are satisfied by such work he shall be discharged
fron:.custody.)
Section 2. That original Section 3 of Ordinance Number 271
be and the same is hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its publication once in the official City
paper.

An Ordinance amending Section 3 of Ordinance Number 271 of the
City of Salina, entitled "An Ordinance to provide for the
collection of fines" and repealing said original section
of Ordinance Number 271.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas;
Section 1. That Section 3 of Ordinance Number 271 of the
City of Salina be and the same is hereby amended to read as
follows;
"Section 3. -- Such persons shall not be compelled to
work more than.ten (10) hours a day and for every. days work
performed by him shall have credited $2.00 or, the judgment
against him, and when the ,judgment and costs are satisfied
by such work, shall be discharged custody."
Section 2. That original Section 3 of Ordinance Number
271 be and the same is hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its publication once in the
official•City paper.
