An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a certain clairr
BE I'T-ORDA INET) by the Board of Commissioners of the City, of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum, of $3,669.03 be and the same is hereby
appropriated to J. L. Rayl from the Special Paving bund in the City
Treasury of the City of balina, Kansas for the payment of 85% of
the contract price for the cost of widening Fifth btreet in the
City of Salina, Kansas from the south line of "sh 6treet to the
north line of Walnut Street therein, according to City Engineer's
Estimate Number 3 on file in the office of the City Clerk of said
City.
Section 2. 'T'hat a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas
be issued for the neymont of the claim mentioned in Section One (1)
of this ordinance, said 'Temporary Note to be payable on or before
February 1st, 1925 and to draw interest at the rate'of six (6%)
per centum per annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its. passage.

An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of
a certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the Cit
of 'Salina, Kansas: Y
Section 1. That the sum of $$3,669.03 be and the
same is hereby appropriated to J. L. Rayl from the Special
Paving Fund in the City Treasury of the City of Salina,
Kansas, for the payment of 85% of the contract price for
the cost of widening Fifth Street in the City of Salina,
Kansas, from the south line of Ash Street to the north
line of Walnut Street therein, according to City Engineers
Estimate Number 3 on file in the office of the City Clerk
of said City.
