xn Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by, the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas;
Section 1. 'shat the sum of X18,651.91 be and the'same is
hereby appropriated out of the moneys from the 1925 Bonds and Cou-
pons Fund in the hands of the City Treasurer for the payment to
E. T. Thompson, State Treasurer and Kansas Fiscal i -gent, of bonds, cot
pons and commission due January 1st, 1925.
Section 2, chat the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrants counter signed by the City Manager
upon the City Treasurer, payable on, but not before, January 1st,
.1925 in payment of the claim mentioned in section One.(1) of this
ordinance.

ORDINANCE NUMBER 3056
An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of
a certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $18,651.91 be and the
same is hereby appropriated out of the moneys from the
1925 Bonds & Coupons Fund in the hands of the City Treas-
urer for the payment to E. T. -Thompson, State Treasurer
and Kansas Fiscal Agent, of bonds, coupons and commission
due January lst, 1925.
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and
he is hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by
the City Manager upon the City .Treasurer payable on, but
not before January 1st, 1925, in payment of the claim men-
tioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its passage.
