(auk lishe_cl in TYie�a line _ esiin Jo -urns I 1924_) An Ordinance repealing certain ordinances of the City of Salina, Kansas; `YEHFAS, certain ordinances heretofore enacted by the governing body of the City of Salina, Kansas have been, in general terms, re- pealed by the enactment of ordinances in conflict therewith, but have not been specifically repealed by direct reference thereto, and WHEREAS, certain ordinances heretofore enacted by the governing body of the City of Salina, Kansas remain in full force and effect by their terms, but have become obsolete by reason of the change in con- ditions and by reason of the repeal or change in the Statutes of Kansas, under which such ordinances were enacted, and WHEREAS, certain ordinances heretofore enacted by the governing body of the City of Salina, Kansas have become ineffective and should be repealed for the reasons above stated or for other reasons, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the following ordinances heretofore enacted by the governing body of the City of Salina, Kansas described and designated by numbers hereinafter stated, or such parts of or sec- tions of such numbered ordinances as are hereinafter specifically set forth and referred to, be and the same are hereby repealed, to- wit: - ORDINANCE NO.
