3475 AppropriationsORDINANCE NO. 3475 AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the sum of X1952.13, be and the same is hereby appropriated to L. W. Rexroad from the Special Paving Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of the balance due from the City of Salina in payment of its share of the contract price for materials furnished and labor performed in the construction of certain City and County street improvements under Sections 1, 2 and 3 of a certa% con- tract date. April 18th, 1927 in accordance with Final Estimate of City Engineer. Temporary Section 2. That Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before 30 days from date, and to draw interest at the rate of six (6%) per cent per annum.
