BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: t Section 1. That no person shall drive any vehicle over or across any wooden floored steel bridge over any river or creek in the City of Salina, or any part of which bridge is in the City of Salina, at a rate of speed greater than fifteen miles per hour. Section 2. Any person violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be punished by a fine not less than $5.00 or more than $100.00 for each offense; Section 3.
