3472 AppropriationsORDINANCE NO. 3472 AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the sum of $2,591.89 be and the same is hereby appropriated to L. In. Rexroad from the Special Paving Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of 85% of the contract price for materials furnished and labor performed in the construction of certain street improvements under a certain contract dated April 18th, 1927, monthly Estimate Number 5. Section 2. That Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section one (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before 30 days from date, and to draw interest at the rate of six per cent (6%) per annum.
