BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That there be and there is hereby appropriated out
of the Sewage Disposal Plant Fund in the City Treasury the sun of
$6,746.09 for the payment of the following claims:
H.J.Taylor Construction In payment of Engineer's Estimate
Company No. 9 on Sewage Disposal Plant $6744.59
J.H.Spaeth Salary for last half of Sept.
after deducting amount paid
by H.J.Taylor Construction
Company 1.50

Section 2. That the Director of Finance br and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager upon
the City Treasurer for the payment of the claims mentioned in Section
One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage.

An Ordinance making appropriations for miscellaneous purposes.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That there be and there is hereby
appropriated out of the Sewage Disposal Plant Fund in the
City Treasury the sum of $6,746.09 for the payment of the
following claims:
