3469 Appropriations286 ORDINANCE NO. 3469 AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1, That the sum of $24,669.18 be and the same is hereby appropriated to L. W. Rexroad from the Special Paving Bund in the City Treasury for the payment of 85% of the contract price for materials furnished in the construction of pavements and appurtenances thereto, under a contract dated June 29th, 1927, according to City Engineer's estimate Number 3 on file in the office of the City Clerk of Salina, Kansas. Section _2. fhat a Temporary Note of the City Of Salina, Kansas be issued for the payment of the claial mentioned in Section one (1) of this ordinances and Temporary Note to be payable on or before 30 days from date, and to draw interest at the rate of four and one-half per cent per annum.
