3467 AppropriationsAN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioner=s of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the sum of $720.88 be and the same is hereby appropriated to Eberhardt and Striver from the Special Seger Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of final estimate for materials furnished and labor performed in the construction of Storm Sewers under a contract dated June 28th, 1927. Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before 30 days j from date, and to draw interest at the rate of four and one-half (42%) per cent per annum.
