ORDINANCE NO. 3466
AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $3,222.11 be and the same is
hereby appropriated to Eberhardt and Shriver, from the Special
Sewer Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of final !,estimate
for materials furnished and labor performed in the construction of
Sanitary Sewers under a contract dated June 3rd, 1927.
Section 2, That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina,
Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section
One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or
before 30 days from date., and to draw interest at the rate of four
and three-fourths (4-3/4%) per cent per annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage.
