An Ordinance vacation a portion of a certain street in
the City of.oalina, nansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Eighth otreet in the City of
Salina, Kansas from the north line of the right -of -
way -of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad
Company to the'so.uth line of.the right -o -f -way of
the Atchison, Topeka and Santa b'e nailroad company,
where said railroad. tracks cross Eighth Street in
said city, be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its publication once
in the official City paper.
Introduced for first reading, October 6th, 1924.
Passed and approved, October 13th, 1924.
