An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a
certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City
Of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sura of X325.00 be and the same
is hereby appropriated out of'the Ueneral Fund (Adminis-
tration & r'inance Department) for the payment of the
following claim:
Roy W*. Perkins,
Major 161st F.A. Appropriation $325.00
Section 2. That the Director of r'inance be and he
is hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by
the City manager upon the City 'Treasurer for the payment
of the claim mentioned in Jection One (1) of this ord-
inance.
Section. 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its adoption.
Passed and approved, October 6th, 1924.

Fund (Administration & Finance Department) for the
payment of the following claim:
