BE IT OhDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the 'jity of
Salina,. Aansas:
Section 1., That Ordinance Number 3028 entitled, "An Ord-
inance providing for the re -curbing and_guttering.,of Fifth :+treet
in the City of Salina.. Aansas from the south, line. of Ash street
to the north line of nalnut Street in .said 1ity (excepting the
intersection of Fifth Street with Iron avenue) and for the
excavation of such part of said street and the removal of the
old curbing and sidewalk as -may be necessary to.permit such
improvements, and providing for the cost of such improvements,
how the same shall be assessed and the manner of payment there
for," adopted by the Board of Commissioners of the Qity of;,
Salina on September 15th, 1924 and not yet officially published,
be and the same is hereby repealed.
Section 2. That Ordinance Number 3029 entitled, "An
Ordinance providing for the re-pa.ving,of rifth-treet in the
City of Salina, Aansas from the south line of nsh Street to the
north line ofwalnut Street in said City, and.providing for the
cost of such improvements, how the same.shall be assessed and
manner of payment therefor,'' adopted -by the Board of commission-
ers of the City of Salina on September 15th, 1924 and not yet
officially published, be and the sante is hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance be passed on first reading
in accordance with the recommendation of the mayor attached
hereto, and that the same shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its publication once in the official City paper.

An Ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 3028 being an ordinance providing
for the re -curbing and guttering of Fifth Street from the south
line of Ash Street to the north line of Walnut Street and Ordin-
ance No. 3029, being an Ordinance providing for the re -paving of
Fifth Street in the City of oalina from the .north line of Walnut
Street to the south line of Ash Street therein.
