3457 AppropriationsAN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the suit of $4,704.20 be and the same is hereby appropriated. to Eberhardt and Shriver, from the Special Sewer Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of 85% of the contract price for work completed prior to September lst, 1927 in the construction of sewers under contract dated June 3rd, 1927. Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary mote to be payable on or before GO days from date, and to draw interest at the rate of four and three-fourths (4-3/4%) percent per annum.
