3456 AppropriationsORDINANCE NO. 3456 AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim. BE IT ORDAINED 'by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina., Kansas: Section 1. That the stun of 0,701.67 be and the same is hereby appropriated to Eberhardt and Shrivers from the Special Sewer Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of 85% of the contract price for work completed prior to September 1st, 1927, in the con- struction of sewers under contract dated June 28th, 1927. Section 2. 1hat a Temporary Note of the City of Sali_-ia, Kansas., be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section one (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before 60 days from date., and to draw interest at the rate of four and one-half (4 -ii%) percent per annum. 11 Section 3.
