ORDINANCE NO. 3454
AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation out of funds on deposit in
the Fidelity National Bank and Trust Company.
BE IT ORDAINED by the board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That there be and there is hereby appropriated
out of funds of the City of Salina.. or, deposit in the Fidelity
National Bank and Trust Company of Kansas City: Missouri., the sum
of $865.00 being the amount of Engineer's Monthly estimate Number 8

on the Sewage Pumping Station, Force Main, Sewage Treatment 'Plant
and Outfall Sewer, said sum to be paid to the City Treasurer to be
credited to the Sewage Disposal Plant Fund.
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to draw a warrant, countersigned by the City Planager upon

the City Treasurer for the paynt
of 0,65.00 as provided by Section
One (1) of this ordinance, by said Fidelity National Bank and Trust
Company.
Section 3. That the 'Trust Department of the Fidelity
National Bank and Trust Company be and it is hereby authorized and
directed to release to the bond Department of said Trust Company
,5800.00 par value of the liberty bonds now held by it for the City
of Salina as security for the Cityls deposit in said Trust Company.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage*

Company, $ 800.00 par value of the liberty bonds now
held by it for the City of Salina as security for the City's
deposit in said Trust Company.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage.
