AN ORDINANCE levying special assessments against certain property
in the City of Salina to pay the cost of constructing certain
sidewalks therein.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That there be and there is hereby levied and assessed
against each of the lots and parts of lots hereinafter described a
special tax or, assessment for the purpose of paying the cost of
constructing certain sidewalks as authorized by Ordinance No. 3342
and 3374 abuttingon said ro ert

SSAetion 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed and
authorized to immediately certify the assessments made in
Section One (1) of this ordinance to the County Clerk of
Saline County, Kansas, to be placed upon the tax roll for
collection, subject to the same penalties and collected in
like manner as other taxes.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its publication once in the
official city paper.
