3026 Amending Ord 2801 Regulating Gas SalesAn Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 2801 entitled,."An Ordinance reg-
ulating the sale of gasoline from curb filling -stations within
the fire limits of the City of Salina," by adding a new section to
said ordinance, to be known as Section 5 thereof, providing for
a penalty for the violation of said Ordinance No. 2801.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 2801 entitled, "An Ordinance reg-
ulating the sale of gasoline from curb filling stations within the fire
limits of the City of Salina," be and the same is hereby amended by add-
ing a new section thereto to be known as Section 5 of Ordinance No. 2801
which shall read as follows: - "Section 5. --`That any person, firm or
corporation or any person who shall be or shall act as the agent, rep -
who
resentative, member, officer or mans.ger of any firm or corporation/shall
violate any of tt?e provisions of Sections 2 and 3 of this ordinance,
shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be
fined not less than 10.00 and not more than $100.00 for each offense.
Every day upon which or during any part of which any violation of said
Sections 2 and 3 shall continue or during which any curb filling station
which shall be erected in violation of said Sections 2 and 3 of this
ordinance shall be permitted to -remain in any street or thoroughfare
of the City of Salina shall be.deemed and considered a separate offense
and shall be. punished as such."
Section 2. Phis ordinance shall take effectand be in full force
from and after its publication once in the official City paper.

violate any of the provisions of Sections 2 and 3 of this ordin-
ance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction
shall be fined not'less than $10.00 and not more than $100.00 for
each offense. Every days upon which or during any part of which
any violation of said Sections 2 and 3 shall continue or during
which any curb pump filling stations which shall be erected in vio-
lation of said Sections 2 and 3 of this ordinance shall be permitted
to remain in any street or thoroughfare of the City of Salina shall
be deemed and considered a separate offense and shall be punished
as such."
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its publication once in the official City paper.
