3025 Amending Ord 2800 Regulating Gas SalesAn Ordinance amending Ordinance Pio. 2800 entitled, "An Ordinance

thoroughfares within the fire limits of the City of ,alina,
Kansas," by adding a new section to said ordinance to be
known as Section No. 3 of such ordinance, providing a
penalty for the violation of Section 1 of Ordinance No. ,2800.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 2800 entitled,"An Ordinance
regulating the sale of gasoline upon public streets and thorough-
fares within the fire limits of the City o -f Oalina, Kansas," be
and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto a new section to
be known as Section 3 of said Ordinance, which shall read as fol-
lows: "Section 3. -- That any person, firm or corporation or any
person who shall be. or act as the agent, representative, member
officer or manager -of any firm or corporation who shall violate
any of the provisions,of Section One (1) of this ordinance shall
be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall upon conviction be
fined not less than 4010.00 nor more than 40100.00 for each offense.
.ach separate days violation of said section or any provisions
thereof shall be. considered a separate and distinct offense and
shall be punished as such."
Section 2. 'This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its publication once in the official City
paper.
