claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the "ity of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. ''hat the sum of $2,800.00 be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of the Library Fund in the "ity Lreas-
ury for the payment of the following; claim:
Henry H. Eberhadt,
City 'Treasurer For Appropriation ;;2,800.00
Section 2. That the Director of rinance be and he is
hereby authorized to issue a warrant countorsigned by the `pity
Manager upon the City 'Treasurer for the payment of the claim
mentioned in 6ection One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the
City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $2800.00 be
and the same is hereby appropriated out of the
Library Fund in the City Treasury for the payment
of the following claim:
Henry H. Eberhardt, For appropriation $2800.00
City Treasurer
Section 2., That the Director of Finance be
and he is hereby authorized to issue a warrant
countersigned by the City Manager upon the City
Treasurer for the payment of the claimvmentioned
in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect
and be in full force from and after its passage.
