An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a
certain. claim.
BE 1T ORD1,1NED by the Board of Commissioners of the pity of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of 015,660'.87 be and the
same is hereby appropriated out of the Paving Fund in the
City Treasury for the payment of the following claim:
Fidelity National Bank For .interest and part
and Trust Company payment of principal on
Temporary Notes issued 515,660.87
to C. P. Barrington for
Paving construction
Section 2. That the Director..of Finance be:.and he
is hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by
the City Manager upon the pity Treasurer for the payment of.'

Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect from and
after its passage.

An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment
of a certain claim. ,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $15,660.87 be and
the same is'hereby appropriated out of the Paving Fund
in the City Treasury for the payment of the following
claim:

Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and
he is hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned
by the City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the pay-
