ORDINANCE NO* 3446
AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City Of Salinas
Kansas:
SECTION I That the sum of $2,726.00 be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of the Sewage Disposal Plant Fund for the
purpose of payment to James Haley.balanoe of purchase price of the
site for the Sewage Disposal Plant and for the 20 foot road -way lead-
ing thereto.
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue.a warrant countersigned by the City Manager upon
the City Treasurer for the payment ofthe claim mentioned in Section
One (1) of this Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be,in full
force from and after its passage,
