ORDINANCE NO. 3444
AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas.
Section 1, That the sum of $50116,49 be and the same
is hereby appropriated to L. Vii, Rexroad from the Special Paving Fund in
the City Treasury for the payment of 85% of the contract price for
materials furnished in the construction of pavements and appurtenances
thereto, under a contract dated June 29th, 1927, according to City
Engineer's Estimate No. 1 on file in the office of the City Clerk of
Salina, Kansas
Section 2. That°a Temporary Note of the City of
Salina, Kansas be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in
Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable
on or before 94 days from date, and draw interest at the rate of 4j%
per cent per annum. a
Section 3-. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage,

Paving Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of 85%
of the contract price for materials furnished in the

estimate No. 1 on Pile in the office of the City Clerk of
Salina , Kansas.
