ORDINANCE NO. 3443
AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina.,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $313,82 be and the same is hereby
appropriated to H. J. Taylor Construction Company from the Special
Paving Fund irk the City Treasury for the payment of 85 for labor
performed and materials furnished in the construction ofpavement
and appurtenances thereto, under a contract dated June 29th, 1927
according to the City Engineer's Estimate Number 1p on file in the
office of the City Clark Of Salina Kansas.

be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One
(1) of this ordinance., said Temporary Note to be payable on or be-
fore 90 days from dates, and to draw interest at the rate of four
and one-half (4V3%1)_peroent per annum..
Section 3, This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage.
