An Ordinance making aporpriations for miscellaneous purposes.
BE IT ORDf'.INED by the Board of L�bmmissioners of the pity of
Salina, Kansas:.
Section 1. That the sum of §2,903.46 be and the same
is hereby appropriated out of the General Improvement Ound in
the City Treasury for the payment of the following claims:
C. P. Barrington, Extra work in connection with
1924 paving contracts $2,275.77
C. P. Barrington, Over -hauls on 1924 paving
contracts 627.69
Total ---------------------------- 6 2,903.46
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is
hereby authorized to issue scrip for the payment of the alAims
mentioned in Section One (1) hereof.. Said scrip to be made
payable January 20th, 1925 and to bear interest at the rate
of 6°fo per annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage.
