An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a
certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1, 1"hat the sum of X500.00 be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of the General rland ( Administration
and Finance Department) for the payment of the following
claim, s::.owing to whom and for what purpose the claim is
allowed.
Red Cross Appropriation $500.00
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he
is hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by
the City Manager upon the City 'Treasurer for the payment
f
of the claim mentioned in oection One (1) of this ordin-
ance.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage.
